Job description

  • Maintenance and care of the entire technical indoor and outdoor facilities as well as the green areas, taking into account technical, qualitative, economic and ecological aspects

  • Control and monitoring of compliance with technical standards and specifications as well as accident prevention measures in the indoor and outdoor areas

  • Ensuring that the building, the grounds and the technical equipment/facilities are used carefully, properly and in accordance with their intended purpose

  • Carrying out minor repairs to equipment, installations, in guest rooms and public areas

  • Functionality checks

  • Detection of malfunctions of technical equipment and devices and their elimination through assembly, repair or replacement activities with attention to possible warranty or guarantee claims against manufacturers

  • in the case of regular malfunctions that cannot be remedied, planning with regard to the procurement of replacement equipment

  • Management of equipment and tools

  • Attention to risk prevention during the execution of work activities

  • Arrangement of regular maintenance, e.g. heating, elevator, etc.

  • Repairs to in-house fixtures and fittings

  • Setting up and equipping technical facilities for events and festivities

  • Renovation work

  • cost-conscious and environmentally friendly disposal of old furnishings as well as defective and irreparable technical equipment

Job requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in this field, preferably training as an electrical engineer
